You may cancel your order up to the time of dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do so.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will organise a full refund.



If your order is yet to be shipped and you would like to add items or switch out one of your items for another please contact us as soon as possible on We are able to edit your order prior to shipping and invoice for any price differences. Once your order has shipped we are unable to do anything from our end and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs for change of minds.

Your personal information can only be accessed by myself and is never shared with third parties. The only exception to this is our shipping provider. 

Your card details are never given to or seen by us. We use a secure payment gateway and also offer PayPal for added buyer protection and peace of mind. 

Shipping Policy

We are more than happy to help if your order is late but we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing after delivery. Please get in contact with Australia Post for more information regarding your order. Our orders do not require signature on delivery, meaning it may be left at your address if safe to do so. We recommend having your order sent to an alternative address if you will not be home at the time of delivery or if signature upon delivery is required, please specify at checkout or email as soon as possible.
